Our Fine Perry is lightly sparkling and made from Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Huffcap and other varieties of perry pear, specifically bred since the 17th century. Our south-facing orchards on the Atlantic coast of Ireland’s Cork have proven ideal for growing the renowned pear varieties in this bottle.
We use wild fermentation, on nothing but juice, completed in bottle in a pet-nat style to allow you to taste the pears in their purest form. This gives a delightful, dry, natural sparkle.
