This lager uses a non-alcoholic yeast from L'allemand that is super neutral in flavour and noble hops (Tradition, Spalter Select) to give a pilsner character to the beer. This must be one of the few non-alcoholic lagers in the market made with the fermentation method that tastes like a lager!
