Bone Machine IPA tastes like a modern American IPA should. It’s brewed with soft water from the hills of Wicklow, Ireland. The grist is over 60% Oat and Wheat Malt, which is layered onto a complex British Floor Malted Pale. Fermented with true English ale yeast, whirlpool hopped with Oregon Cascade, and then double dry hopped with 2 more hops, Bone Machine IPA delivers a great tasting, refreshing IPA.
A hazy gold colour and white head releases tropical citrus aromas of orange, candied lemon, and papaya. The silky, almost creamy texture, gives a tremendous full-bodied mouthfeel, with bitterness in just the right place. Decent carbonation adds to the exceptional balance, with intense fruit, medium hops, slight herbal notes, and malt sweetness. A zesty hit with a dry finish completes the experience.
