Back on our DIPA buzz so we are. A big, dirty, jammy banger rocking at you with our usual lineup of Floor Malted Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats and then hit with Vic Secret and Chinook in the Whirlpool.
This one’s been fermented on London Ale III – a bigger bodied, silkier affair altogether than our usual mix mash of DIPA yeasts. Then dry hopped with Vic and Chinook again, and again, and again until we crashed her then banged it into cans.
This silky banger brings the grapefruit and spruce from the Chinook and throws a bomb in the mix with a hefty rake of apricots, melons and strawberries from the Vic for a pairing made in heaven. We’re delighted to see this one back.
