Brewed with Simcoe, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin hops, the caramel and chocolate malts complement piney, tropical fruit and citrus flavours and aroma. At 40 IBU, this beer is not overly bitter, and the finish is a grapey/wine note from the Nelson Sauvin hops.
