A double dry hopped New England IPA called The Knot, in celebration of head brewer Bill Laukitis’ wedding to his fiancé, Aoife. It has a medium bodied NEIPA base, with a low level of bitterness to the taste. The beer combines Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Ekuanot hops to bring depth of taste and aroma to this double dry hopped brew fermented with London Fog yeast. On the nose is crushed gooseberry, sauvignon blanc, grapefruit, lime, mango and papaya.
