This medium-dry cider is made from the entire range of our apple harvest, from the early lighter varieties to the late ripening, rare varieties of apples in our Cork orchards. It is a blend that brings in bright, soft acidity but with a full - bodied, complex flavour and a lingering tannic finish. Also includes some cask aged ciders from 2018.
