The go-to beverage at our Wexford Brewpub. Our house lager is brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt, German Munich malt and a touch of wheat. We use Czech hops for bittering and the classic German hop, Hersbrucker for flavour and aroma. After 6 weeks of cold conditioning, our crisp, European style lager is ready. An initial caramel sweetness gives way to a rounded, bready dry finish.
